OWNER & HEAD OF BROKER OPERATIONS

Adam co-founded Tredas 10 years ago with Drew and Doug. He holds a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Adam's journey in agriculture began on his family farm in Nebraska, where he developed a deep understanding of the industry. Before Tredas, he worked in grain trading and risk management, gaining valuable experience. At Tredas, Adam focuses on fostering a positive and energetic work environment. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching youth sports and spending time with his wife and four children. Adam is dedicated to improving the lives of farm families and contributing to the agricultural industry's success.

Doug has been a risk management consultant and commodity broker since 1999, working with agribusinesses and diversified farms. From 1990 to 1999, he served as President/COO of RF Nature Farm Foods, a Lincoln-based natural foods start-up. Doug also co-founded LandMark Meats, exporting NHT beef to the UK. He holds a BA in international affairs and economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an MS in ag economics from the University of Sydney. Doug has extensive experience in agricultural marketing and economics, having taught at UNL. He grew up in North Bend and Louisville, working on his family's farm. Doug and his wife Nicole, who is from Toronto, have three children and three granddaughters.

Zane has been with Tredas for 9 years, seeking out good people to work with. He values the Tredas culture and enjoys family activities, faith, and sports. Zane is passionate about coaching kids' sports.

COMMODITY CONSULTANT & CROP INSURANCE AGENT

With 5 years at Tredas, Tyson brings significant experience from the commercial grain industry. He is dedicated to simplifying and improving risk management for clients. Tyson lives in Central City, NE, with his wife and two children, enjoying summers at the lake, deer hunting, and Husker athletics. He is also a former Community Ping Pong Champion.

COMMODITY BROKER

Ethan has been with Tredas for 8 years. He values the company's focus on personal and professional growth. Outside of work, Ethan is a faith-filled, God-fearing man, married with six kids. They enjoy sports, board games, hunting, and summers on the river. Ethan has a passion for real estate investing and appreciates how Tredas helps him manage assets. GBR!

PJ has been with Tredas for 10 years, transitioning from grain trading. He values client interactions and coworker relationships. PJ enjoys spending time with his family and golfing. He loves coaching youth sports and feels fortunate to work with great coworkers and clients.

SALES

Colette joined Tredas in the summer of 2021 after admiring the company from afar. She works on the sales side, finding potential customers for consultants. Colette loves the people she works with, who inspire her to be better every day. Outside of work, she enjoys ranch life with her husband and kids, being outdoors, and watching football. Colette holds the office record for most throw-ups during her first pregnancy.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Brandi joined Tredas in June 2024 after a 14-year career as a Childcare Center Director. She loves the positive work environment and the people she works with. Brandi enjoys family time, volunteering, and outdoor activities. Working at Tredas has been life-changing for her family, providing support and encouragement for personal growth.

Alex has been with Tredas for 6 years, starting with crop insurance and transitioning to risk management. He values the culture of continuous growth and learning. Alex enjoys outdoor activities with his family and Husker athletics. He recently opened the newest Tredas satellite office in Hartington, NE.

Joel has been with Tredas for 1 year, joining through his friendship with Adam. He enjoys the great people and work environment. Joel spends his free time with his family, hunting, and fishing. He has identical twin boys.

Jamison Jensen has been a Broker at Tredas for 7 years. He transitioned from buying bushels to working directly with farmer clients. Jamison enjoys the fun, challenging, and rewarding nature of his job. Outside of work, he spends time golfing and at the lake, with his social calendar managed by his wife.

Jake joined Tredas in September 2024, impressed by the company's culture and people. He values face-to-face interactions and continuous learning from his colleagues. Originally from Lexington, NE, Jake now lives in Lincoln and enjoys sports, golfing, and spending time with his dog, Beau. He played baseball at the University of Alabama.

BROKER

John has been with Tredas for 8 years, having previously worked with Adam at Gavilon. He enjoys helping customers feel more confident and less stressed. John spends his free time with his wife and three boys, engaging in sports, hunting, fishing, and volunteering with FCA. He ran track in college at the University of Missouri.

CONSULTING BROKER

Justin has been a Consulting Broker at Tredas for 5 years. He joined the company after being introduced by coworkers from the commercial grain space who loved working at Tredas. Justin enjoys building client relationships and helping people. Outside of work, he and his wife Sarah have three older boys and a new baby girl. They stay busy with their children's sports and activities, and Justin also coaches middle school wrestling. In their free time, they enjoy ice fishing in the winter and water skiing in the summer.

CONSULTANT

John has been with Tredas for 7 years, having been fired from a grain company for being too friendly to farmers. He values personal development and entrepreneurship. John enjoys surfing and spending time with his son. He loves seeing farmers improve their marketing.

BROKER

Tyler has been with Tredas since 2018, starting as an intern for Adam. He enjoys serving agricultural producers with top-tier risk management. Tyler is originally from O'Neill, NE, and enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with family.

Max has been with Tredas for four years, starting as an intern while attending UNL. He appreciates the company's high-energy environment and its commitment to improving farm families' lives. Max enjoys spending time with his wife, hunting, fishing, and attempting to golf. He pitched for the Husker baseball team and has a strong interest in agriculture due to his family's farming background.

Ben has been a Junior Broker at Tredas for 5 months. Passionate about commodity management, he enjoys the team-based work environment and building relationships with clients. In his free time, Ben loves hunting, fishing, hiking, golfing, and target shooting. He has a background in hog production, having grown up working in hog units.

MaKenzie has been with Tredas for 10 years, starting as a temporary college job that evolved into a fulfilling career. She leads the crop insurance team, focusing on providing the best service to customers and agents. Outside of work, MaKenzie enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, engaging in farming activities, fishing, and watching NFL games.
